Our Services

Whānau Ora
Whānau Ora Navigators empower whānau to embrace mana motuhake, supporting them to take charge of their journey and guiding them to achieve their aspirations with confidence and purpose.

Whakaritenga Mou Ake
Our program, incorporating Mātauranga Māori solutions to improve overall wellbeing. Including: Waka Ama, Mahi Tinana in our gym space, free weekly Mirimiri clinics in Alexandra and Tāhuna, and Kapa Haka in Kura.

Te Hurihanga
Supporting Whānau with their Taha Hinengaro. This program offers: Whakawhiti Kōrero, Muay Thai training, Kōanga Kai, advocacy, and navigation support to access mental health services.

Hauora
We support Whānau to lead healthier lifestyles, access health services, and create plans for taha wairua, hinengaro, tinana and whānau wellbeing.

TIPI HAERE OUTREACH CLINICS
Our Tipi Haere outreach clinics are all about meeting whānau where they are—bringing essential health services like vaccinations, health checks, and advice directly into communities. By being mobile and accessible, we help remove barriers to care and ensure everyone has the opportunity to look after their hauora in a safe, familiar environment.

TE ARA TIKA
Te Ara Tika is about creating safe, supportive spaces for whānau impacted by domestic violence. Through open kōrero, guided healing, and body-based wellbeing practices, we walk alongside individuals and whānau as they navigate their journeys toward safety, restoration, and empowerment.

KAUMATUA & Taurite Tū
Our kaumātua hold the wisdom and stories of our whānau and communities, and it’s our privilege to support them with their health and social needs. Sometimes it’s practical help, other times it’s simply sitting down for a cuppa and a kōrero—a reminder that they are seen, valued, and never alone. Our Taurite Tū program, in Alexandra and Tāhuna, is a kaupapa Māori Strength and Balance class to help support Kaumatua Taha Tinana, followed by a shared kai for Whakawhanaungatanga.
Whether it’s navigating health services, offering a listening ear, or just being there, our approach is grounded in manaaki, respect, and genuine connection. It’s about walking alongside our kaumātua, making sure they feel supported every step of the way.

RANGATAHI
We’re proud to walk alongside our rangatahi through a range of kaupapa designed to build resilience, confidence, and a strong sense of identity. Whether it’s through mentoring, setting goals, training in the gym, or taking part in holiday programmes, we create safe, supportive spaces where young people—especially those at risk of poor outcomes—can grow and thrive.
